What we fight for

Personal injury is our practice.
Nine injuries we handle across Louisville.

No kitchen-sink marketing. No referral pipeline. If a case comes through the door and we can move it, Tony and his team work it start to finish - and because Tony spent years defending insurance companies, we know how the carriers build a case and where it breaks.

Injuries we handle

Pick the injury that fits.
We'll be straight about whether you have a case.

Before we take a case

How we decide
if we can help.

No charge for a consultation. Sometimes the right answer is “you don't need a lawyer for this” - and we'll tell you that, free. Here's the checklist Tony runs in the first 20 minutes.

  1. 01

    Was somebody else at fault?

Negligence is the foundation. We need a person, a company, or a property owner who failed a duty they owed you. If the fault is split, Kentucky's pure comparative rule means you can still recover - just less. We tell you up front where we think you land.

  2. 02

Are the injuries real and documented?

You need treatment records. ER visit, urgent care, primary, PT - anything that creates a paper trail tying the injury to the incident. The longer you wait to get seen, the harder the carrier fights it.

  3. 03

Is there a source of recovery?

An insurance policy, a commercial defendant, or assets we can actually collect against. A judgment we can't enforce isn't worth your time or ours. We do a coverage check before we move.

  4. 04

Are we inside the statute of limitations?

Kentucky's personal-injury clock is generally one year from the date of injury - shorter than most states realize. Motor vehicle no-fault has its own deadlines. Call sooner rather than later.
