What we fight for
Personal injury is our practice.
Nine injuries we handle across Louisville.
No kitchen-sink marketing. No referral pipeline. If a case comes through the door and we can move it, Tony and his team work it start to finish - and because Tony spent years defending insurance companies, we know how the carriers build a case and where it breaks.
Injuries we handle
Pick the injury that fits.
We'll be straight about whether you have a case.

Tractor Trailer Accidents
Semis, box trucks, and commercial vehicles carry deeper insurance and heavier defense teams. We match both with evidence preservation from day one.
We know the playbook.

Motorcycle Accidents
Riders get the blame by default. We flip that script with scene reconstruction, witness work, and medical evidence that tells the real story.
The bias isn't luck. It's avoidable.

Premises Liability
Slip-and-falls, unsafe stairwells, unlit lots, retail negligence. If the property owner cut corners and you got hurt, that's on them - not you.
Their floor. Their fault.

Wrongful Death
When a family loses someone to another's negligence, we pursue full accountability - lost income and support, medical and funeral costs, and the loss felt at home. Handled with the care these cases demand.
When negligence takes a life.

Workers' Compensation
Job-site injuries - construction, trades, warehouses, plants. We coordinate workers' comp benefits and any third-party tort claim so you're not leaving money on the table.
Few firms advertise it. Unions find us here.

Nursing Home Negligence
Bedsores, falls, malnutrition, abuse. When a facility breaks the trust your family placed in it, we hold the operators - and their corporate parents - accountable.
Their care. Your loved one. Our fight.

Defective Products
Cars, tools, appliances, medical devices, drugs. When a product injures you because it shouldn't have shipped, we go after the manufacturer - not just the retailer.
Designed to fail. Built to lose.

Dog Bites
Dog bites, livestock incidents, scarring injuries. Kentucky's owner-liability rules are stricter than most realize - and homeowners' insurance usually pays. We know exactly how to file it.
Owners are responsible. Period.

Before we take a case
How we decide
if we can help.
No charge for a consultation. Sometimes the right answer is “you don't need a lawyer for this” - and we'll tell you that, free. Here's the checklist Tony runs in the first 20 minutes.
- 01
Was somebody else at fault?
Negligence is the foundation. We need a person, a company, or a property owner who failed a duty they owed you. If the fault is split, Kentucky's pure comparative rule means you can still recover - just less. We tell you up front where we think you land.
- 02
Are the injuries real and documented?
You need treatment records. ER visit, urgent care, primary, PT - anything that creates a paper trail tying the injury to the incident. The longer you wait to get seen, the harder the carrier fights it.
- 03
Is there a source of recovery?
An insurance policy, a commercial defendant, or assets we can actually collect against. A judgment we can't enforce isn't worth your time or ours. We do a coverage check before we move.
- 04
Are we inside the statute of limitations?
Kentucky's personal-injury clock is generally one year from the date of injury - shorter than most states realize. Motor vehicle no-fault has its own deadlines. Call sooner rather than later.

Not sure which one fits?
Tell us what happened.
We'll tell you where it goes.
20-minute conversation. No charge, no pressure. If we can't take the case, we'll point you to who can.
