In 2020, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Rob to lead the Department of Workers’ Compensation Claims in Kentucky, the department that adjudicates claims for injured workers. As Commissioner of the Department of Workers’ Compensation Claims, Rob worked alongside Administrative Judges, injured workers, and employers on all matters affecting the rights of injured workers.
Now, Rob’s returned to private practice at the Colyer Law Firm to help injured workers.
